LoftsAtDuke.com accepts payment for online orders through PayPal™, which in turn  accepts all major credit cards. A few things to remember when paying with PayPal™:

• Make sure to provide a valid, working email address. This is how LoftsAtDuke representatives will initially contact you regarding your order!
  
  
• After your order is placed, be on the look out for an email from Customer Service asking for more information. This email will normally arrive within 24-48 hours of your order.

The charge(s) will show up on your credit card statement as "PAYPAL TRIANGLOFTS". If  you have any questions about billing or charges, please contact our billing department via email at billing@loftsatduke.com. You will receive a reply within 2-3 business days.

NOTE: When going through our online store, the process will contain 3 steps (lofts -> carpets -> acccessories). It is NOT necessary to purchase carpets or accessories in order to complete your loft kit purchase, or vice versa. Each type of item in our store can be purchased standalone from any other, or all together if you wish.
